This time next weekend it will be Christmas Eve and Santa Claus / Father Christmas will be travelling all over the World in his sleigh pulled by Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and of course, Rudolph to deliver Christmas presents.
On Christmas Day, Boxing Day and overnight from New Years Eve to New Years Day we will be letting our volunteer admin team concentrate on spending some well earned time off with their families and friends (and some of us might have a little bit too much to drink!).
During those days we will be providing a basic service, mainly using scheduled and automated updates.
We will still keep you as updated as we can, if we have time or if there are any major incidents, as we will still have access to the page.
We aren’t expecting to be as responsive to messages as usual, so if you do get in touch, please be patient and whilst we will endeavour to read and respond to messages, this will be slower and we may not be able to respond to any queries or questions.
